Product Builder
At Spring Labs, we are building the AI-native work automation platform for compliance and customer operations teams in financial services. Our products help banks and fintechs automate complex workflows, from customer disputes to regulatory complaints, while maintaining the reliability, auditability, and control required in regulated environments.
We’re looking for a Product Builder who can take ownership of products from idea to production. This is not a traditional PM role focused on roadmaps, meetings, and ticket management. We want someone who can deeply understand customer workflows, think from first principles, design intuitive user experiences, rapidly prototype solutions, and build smaller features themselves using modern AI development tools. You’ll work closely with customers, engineering, and design to turn complex operational and compliance requirements into reliable, production-grade software.
The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment, exceptional UX instincts, technical fluency, and a builder mentality. They are comfortable moving from customer conversations to workflow design, from prototypes to shipped products, with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
What you’ll do
- Own features end-to-end, from discovery to adoption.
- Work directly with customers to understand workflows, validate solutions, and gather feedback.
- Design workflows, user experiences, and system behavior for complex compliance and operations products.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs using Figma and AI-native design tools.
- Turn customer workflows into clear designs, working prototypes, and production-ready implementations.
- Build smaller features directly using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
- Partner with engineering on larger features requiring architectural or backend changes.
- Own product quality through rigorous testing and validation.
- Drive feature adoption through training, usage analysis, and customer feedback.
- Create product demos, sales materials, and product documentation.
About you
- 5+ years of experience building software products.
- Exceptional UX and product instincts. You can turn complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
- Strong prototyping and design skills in Figma and modern AI-native design tools.
- Comfortable building real product functionality using AI coding tools.
- Strong technical understanding of software systems, APIs, data models, and workflows.
- Highly self-directed and comfortable operating with minimal oversight.
- Strong attention to detail and high quality standards, with a ship-fast, iterate-fast mentality.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, compliance, operations software, or workflow products is a plus.
